This Stratocaster model dates from 1999, and is one of a limited edition of only 25 produced in partnership with Jaguar, Britain’s world-famous sports car maker.

The guitars are adorned with Jaguar logos, have a “British Racing Green” finish, and feature inlays and headstock facings crafted from walnut burl supplied by the automobile company’s Coventry factory. Even their gig bags are made from the soft white leather used for the car seats.

The guitars have deluxe Fender features, including Lace Sensor pickups and gold hardware.

The idea for this limited edition model came from the late Ivor Arbiter, who headed Fender’s UK distributor.
