Fender Mustang

Fender decided to revamp it’s existing student models in the 1960s and introduced the Mustang in 1964.
It resembled the Duo-Sonic, but also had “dynamic vibrato” which Fender later patented.
It’s presence was a key selling point for the guitar, as were it’s red, white, and blue “patriotic colors”.
It was discontinued in 1982.
