Among connoisseurs of vintage guitars, Fenders made before 1965 are widely regarded as superior to those produced during the CBS period (1965-1985).

This judgement fails to recognize many guitars of this era, including this 1976 Telecaster.

With it’s elegant sunburst finish, fast neck, and gutsy tone, it is an excellent, highly collectable model.
